An anti‑phishing code is a short phrase you choose that appears in official emails from NexPlace. It helps you verify whether an email is genuinely from NexPlace.

How it works

Set or update your anti‑phishing code

  1. Sign in and open Account / Security settings.
  2. Find the Anti‑phishing code option.
  3. Enter a phrase you will recognize (avoid personal information).
  4. Save changes.

If you suspect phishing

  • Do not click links or download attachments.
  • Do not enter your password or 2FA codes.
  • Report the message to Customer Support with screenshots and full details.
