An anti‑phishing code is a short phrase you choose that appears in official emails from NexPlace. It helps you verify whether an email is genuinely from NexPlace.
How it works
- You choose a private code (for example, a short phrase).
- Official NexPlace emails include that code.
- If an email claims to be from NexPlace but does not include your code, treat it as suspicious.
Set or update your anti‑phishing code
- Sign in and open Account / Security settings.
- Find the Anti‑phishing code option.
- Enter a phrase you will recognize (avoid personal information).
- Save changes.
If you suspect phishing
- Do not click links or download attachments.
- Do not enter your password or 2FA codes.
- Report the message to Customer Support with screenshots and full details.
