Deposit confirmations & status

Blockchain deposits require confirmation by the network before funds are credited to your NexPlace account.

A confirmation occurs when your transaction is validated and added to the blockchain. Multiple confirmations may be required depending on the asset and network. This process helps ensure the security and finality of your deposit

Where to see confirmation requirements

NexPlace shows the required confirmations and the live deposit status in the deposit screen for each asset/network.

If your deposit looks delayed

If your deposit has not been credited as expected:

  • Confirm you selected the correct asset and network.
  • Verify that you used the exact deposit address shown in NexPlace.
  • Check the transaction status using a blockchain explorer and your transaction hash (TXID).

If the transaction shows as confirmed on-chain but is not reflected in your NexPlace account, contact Customer Support and provide:

  • The TXID
  • The asset
  • The network used

 About Deposit Limits

Transaction limits may apply depending on your verification level. If a deposit exceeds your current limit, the platform will notify you and may require a verification level upgrade before additional activity can proceed.

You can review your current limits and request an upgrade in Profile → Settings → Verification.
