How to verify a deposit or withdrawal
- Copy the transaction hash (TXID) shown in NexPlace or in your wallet.
- Open the explorer for the correct network.
- Paste the TXID into the explorer search bar.
- Review the confirmation count and transaction details.
Important notes
- Always use the correct explorer for the correct network (Bitcoin and Liquid are separate networks).
- Explorer data is public. When contacting Customer Support, share only the TXID and relevant transaction details — never share private keys, recovery phrases, or 2FA codes.
