Use this checklist to go from creating a new account to placing your first trade, and if you choose, moving assets to self-custody.

1. Create your account

  • Register using your Google ID, Apple ID, or email address, and create a strong password.
  • Select your country of residence during registration. If you select Argentina or El Salvador, you will be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
  • If you select any other country, you will additionally be required to accept a Sworn Declaration before continuing.
  • Confirm your email address if prompted..

2. Secure your account

3. Complete KYC verification

  • Submit the required identity documents to begin the verification process.
  • Your verification status will be updated once the review is completed.
  • You may upgrade to a higher verification level by providing additional information where required.
  • Each level enables access to features and transaction limits appropriate to the user’s profile and applicable regulations.
  • KYC reviews are typically completed within the standard review timeframe shown in the platform. In some cases, additional checks may be required, which can extend the review period.

When to contact Customer Support

Contact Customer Support if your verification status has not changed after the expected review period, if your submission is rejected without clear instructions, or if you experience technical issues during the upload or verification process.

4. Deposit funds

  • Deposit supported crypto/stablecoins using the in‑app deposit address for the correct network.
  • If USD fiat rails are available to your profile, deposit via the supported banking method shown in‑app.

5. Make your first trade

  • If you’re new, start with Quick Swap, a simplified trading interface that allows you to convert one supported asset into another instantly at the displayed market rate.
  • Use the spot trading interface when you want more control, such as placing limit orders.

6. Withdraw to selfcustody (optional)

Self-custody requirements depend on the asset type:

  • Cryptocurrencies: Withdraw to your own wallet address (subject to NexPlace security and compliance checks).
  • Transfer-restricted regulated assets on Liquid: Create a Liquid-compatible wallet, generate an AMP ID when required, whitelist your address through the issuer (NexBridge OTC Desk), and maintain a small amount of LBTC to cover Liquid network fees.

Please note that, for additional security, a separate Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) confirmation is required to validate withdrawals
