To deposit crypto, you transfer funds from an external wallet to your NexPlace account. Always follow the in-app deposit instructions for the selected asset and network..
Before you deposit
- Complete KYC verification first (deposits, trading, and withdrawals require KYC).
- Make sure you select the correct asset and network.
- If you are depositing a large amount, consider sending a small test transaction first.
Deposit steps
- Open Wallet → Deposit.
- Select the asset you want to deposit.
- Select the network shown (if multiple networks are available).
- Copy the deposit address shown in the app (and memo/tag if provided).
- Send the funds from your external wallet exactly as displayed.
- Track the confirmation status in the deposit screen.
Important safety checks
The network must match exactly: Using a different network may result in loss of funds or delayed recovery.
If a memo or tag is required, include it exactly as shown.
A memo or tag (sometimes called a destination tag or reference) is an additional numeric or alphanumeric code required by certain networks (for example, XRP or XLM). It helps NexPlace identify your deposit when multiple users share the same receiving address.
If a memo/tag is required but not included, your deposit may be delayed and could require manual review.
Only send the selected asset to the address provided. Do not send other tokens to that address.
