How to register an account

Registration creates your NexPlace account and gives you access to the platform. KYC verification is required before you can deposit, trade, or withdraw.

1. Open the NexPlace sign-in page and select “Sign up.”
2. Enter your email address and create a strong password (unique and not used on other sites).
3. Select your country of residence during registration.
4. If you select Argentina or El Salvador, you will be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
5. If you select any other country, you will additionally be required to accept a Sworn Declaration before continuing.
6. Confirm your email address if prompted.
7. Log in and complete KYC verification.

Common issues

• Didn’t receive the confirmation email: Check your spam or junk folder, then request a new confirmation email from the sign-in page.
• Email already in use: Try signing in with the password you created. If you do not remember your password, use the “Forgot password” option to reset it.
