Withdrawals send assets from your NexPlace account to an external wallet. NexPlace applies security and compliance controls to withdrawals, including withdrawal address approvals (whitelisting).
Before you withdraw
- Complete KYC verification.
- Enable 2FA for withdrawals.
- Make sure the destination wallet supports the asset and network you are withdrawing.
Withdrawal steps (cryptocurrencies and standard assets)
- Open Wallet → Withdraw.
- Select the asset you want to withdraw.
- Select the destination address from your approved list (or add a new address if your account is allowed to do so).
- Select the network (if multiple are available).
- Enter the amount and review the network fee and final amount.
- Confirm the withdrawal (2FA may be required).
- Track the withdrawal status in your account history.
Address approvals (whitelisting)
Withdrawal addresses may need to be approved before use. This reduces the risk of unauthorized withdrawals and supports traceability.
If you are withdrawing a transfer‑restricted regulated asset on Liquid, issuer‑level whitelisting is also required (in addition to NexPlace address approval).
