Common scam pattern
- Fake support accounts asking for your password, 2FA codes, or recovery phrase.
- Look-alike websites or ads that lead to fake login pages.
- Messages claiming you “won” a prize or must pay a fee to unlock withdrawals.
- Requests to install remote access software or share your screen during “support.”
What to do immediately
- Do not click links or download attachments from suspicious messages.
- Do not share your password, 2FA codes, or wallet recovery phrase.
- Verify the sender and check your anti-phishing code on official emails.
- Take screenshots and save relevant details (time, sender, content).

What to include in your report
- Your account email (never share your password).
- Screenshots of the message or website.
- The sender’s address/handle and where you received the message.
- Any relevant transaction hashes (TXIDs) if funds were moved.
