Resetting your password

Follow the password reset process if you cannot sign in or if you suspect your password may be compromised.

  1. Open the NexPlace sign-in page and select “Forgot password.”
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. Open the password reset email sent to that address, click the link, and follow the instructions provided.
  4. Set a new strong password and sign in again.

If you no longer have access to your email

If you cannot access the email address linked to your account, you will need to contact Customer Support for account recovery. Additional verification may be required to protect your account.

Security recommendations

  • Use a password manager and create a unique password for NexPlace.
  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) after resetting your password (if you have not already done so).
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, contact Customer Support immediately.
