Whitelist your Liquid wallet through NexBridge OTC Desk

2 min. readlast update: 02.11.2026

If you want to receive a transfer-restricted NexBridge issuance (for example, a regulated asset issued on Liquid) in self-custody, your Liquid wallet address must be whitelisted by the issuer. Whitelisting requests are submitted through the NexBridge OTC Desk.

Before you start

  • Create your Liquid wallet and generate the correct receiving identifier (often an AMP ID / Liquid AMP address).
  • Make sure you are submitting the exact address required for the asset (some assets require Liquid AMP).
  • Complete any verification required by NexBridge (KYC/KYB) in the OTC Desk before requesting whitelisting.

Step‑by‑step whitelisting flow

  1. Log in to the NexBridge OTC Desk.
  2. Complete the NexBridge verification flow if prompted (whitelisting requires an approved profile).
  3. Navigate to the wallet verification section ( My Profile → Verify a New Wallet).
  4. Select the correct network type (for example, “Liquid AMP” if an AMP ID is required).
  5. Paste your wallet address / AMP ID exactly as shown in your wallet.
  6. Add an optional label to help you identify the wallet later.
  7. Submit the request for review.

Whitelisting status meanings

Pending: your request is under review.

Validated/Approved: your address is whitelisted and can be used to receive transfer‑restricted assets.

Rejected: the request could not be approved (for example, wrong address type, incomplete verification, or other compliance reasons).

Typical review times

Review times can vary by volume and business hours. As a general guideline, reviews are often completed within a few hours on business days and can take up to 48 hours on weekends/holidays.

If your request is stuck on Pending

If your request remains pending beyond the typical timeframe, contact NexBridge Customer Support and provide the wallet address / AMP ID you submitted, along with any request reference shown in the OTC Desk.
